Maltol is a wide-spectrum sweetness enhancer,able to improve and fix the fume,and enhance the sweetness.It is applicable for food,tobacco,consmetics,and is used in a wide cariety of industries such as food,becerage,meat product,tobacco,brewery,pharmaceutics.It provides satisfactory effects.

 

Product characteristic:

It is white crystal fine powder,which has the special fragrance like cream caramel,and the dilute solution has a sweet smell like strawberry. 1gram maltol can be dissolved in 82mlwater,21ml ethanol,81ml glycerin or 28ml propanediol.It will change red till meet the sunlight.

It is used with flavor enhancer which as the viscosity is usually 50-250 ma/kg.
